Love the Concept - Quality or Product Change?

Loyal customer for years! Convenient, Clean, Eco Friendly.
I use the bottom and top together, 4 boxes setup for 2 cats, and clean them all daily. Swap out new box (bottom only) almost weekly. The tabs have not been fitting into the notches lately to attach lid/lock them together for disposal. Defective, or product change?
Additionally, the price since 2022 has increased over 14% in 3 yrs - For brown (unbleached) cardboard boxes that fit and fold together.
If this cost keeps creeping up, I will look for alternative, more budget friendly solutions.

Better bulk pricing would be appreciated.

I’ve been buying these disposable litter boxes for over a year now and I love them. You don’t have to worry about cleaning out your cats litter box. All you have to do is buy a new litter put it in a new litter box and dispose of the old one how easy!

Fabulous for foster kittens

These are the best disposable litter boxes I've ever used. They are perfect for our many litters of foster kittens. With a low entry option on one end and high sides, these boxes help keep the litter inside the box, even when the kittens are just learning how to use it - and occasionally playing in it! It even works well for non-clumping litter for the littlest kittens, especially when you insert one of the multi-purpose pads Cats Desire sells. They hold up for weeks at a time and I never have to worry about sanitizing because I simply fold it up into it's clever closed form and carry it by the handles to the garbage. I was a big fan of another national brand's disposable jumbo boxes, but when they stopped making them I needed to find something new - and when I found Cat's Desire I knew that they are much better than the national brand ever was. And if you're a nerd like me, you'll be geeking out over their no waste, no adhesive, flat storage cardboard design. Top that off with a responsive and very kind staff and they have my business for life! Try them out and say goodbye to your litter box sanitizing days! Thank you Cats Desire!
