Email us at Catsdesire@ymail.com and explain why you are returning your disposable litter boxes in detail. This information will help us to improve our products for future customers.

Please use the shipping box you received with your original order to return your unused litter boxes (4 or more). You will receive a check in the amount of the price of your order (less shipping & handling & boxes used) within 7 days of Cats Desire receiving your returned litter boxes and explanation of your dissatisfaction. Since we do not handle the payment directly, we do not have access to your credit/debit card number and cannot credit your refund back to your card number.
