We use multiple shipping agents to find the best shipping services. (48 U.S. States only.) Our shipping providers are UPS, USPS, and Fedex. We always provide the customer with a tracking number and shipment details to help ensure prompt delivery. We usually fulfill the orders within 3 business days. Occasionally weather and other unforeseen events delay delivery, we update our customers of any delays. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
