I wanted to explain the differences between the 5 pack and the 10 pack. The 5 pack currently comes with three of the boxes prefolded. Many of our new customers use this version and the ready to use examples demonstrate how our product works. Another reason we do this is to encourage customers to graduate to the 10 packs. The 10 packs last longer and are a better cost value. (And looking at the order history it is working). Sometimes customers point out what seems like a small detail,but turns into an important find. We had a question from a customer that I would like to address. The difference in the disposable litter trays 10 pack being not pre-folded versus the five packs which do now come pre-folded and ready to use; The 10 packs are intended for our regular customers who are well accustomed with folding the box. We are able to ship these disposable litter boxes to you in one container and that allows us and you to save some of the shipping expense. In the past week two potential customers have contacted us asking if our disposable litter trays are available outside the U.S. Unfortunately the costs involved are prohibitive to providing our product outside the 48 contiguous states. Obviously we regret this situation. Shipping costs are a large part of the expense of providing the convenience of our disposable litter tray. We pride ourselves in not marking up this cost.
